These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the btp99 platform, including the sportsbook, casino, payment services, promotions, and all related features. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the btp99 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific services offered on the Platform. Together, these documents constitute the entire agreement between you and btp99 ("we", "us", "our", "btp99").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the btp99 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your personal records.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version (if available), the English version shall take precedence in all circumstances.
Important: These Terms contain provisions that limit btp99's liability and require you to resolve certain disputes through specified processes. Please read the entire document carefully before using the Platform.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
The btp99 Platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. 18+ By registering an account and using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
- You are of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes;
- Online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of btp99 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
btp99 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of your registration or use of the Platform. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification that clearly states your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All funds associated with such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. btp99 takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors extremely seriously and will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services offered by btp99, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one btp99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited.
Registration Requirements
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. btp99 shall not be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. The following information is required at registration:
- A valid and unique email address;
- A chosen username that does not impersonate another person or brand;
- A secure password of your choosing;
- Your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents;
- Your date of birth;
- Your residential address within Bangladesh.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. btp99 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service. You agree to notify btp99 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
btp99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security requirements. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless btp99 is found to be at direct fault.
Account Sharing
You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. btp99 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings and to suspend or close accounts where account sharing is suspected or confirmed.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on btp99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). btp99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed in your account cashier section.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on btp99 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by btp99, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your btp99 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, which for bKash and Nagad is typically within 60 seconds.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. btp99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder and to suspend accounts pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.
Before processing a withdrawal, btp99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard industry requirement designed to protect players and prevent financial crime. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Currency and Fees
All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. btp99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges, for which btp99 is not responsible.
Anti-Money Laundering: btp99 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than funding genuine gaming activity on the Platform.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
btp99 offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, odds boosts, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed identity verification, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
- Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds and free spins are valid for a limited time period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire within this period will be forfeited without compensation.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and specialty titles may contribute at reduced rates. The contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- btp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of abuse, error, or technical fault.
Bonus Abuse
btp99 actively monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated betting with other players, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, btp99 reserves the right to void any associated winnings, forfeit any bonus balances, and close the player's account without further notice.
Section 6
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the btp99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or casino game, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Sports Betting
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body of that sport. For cricket markets, this includes BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international series. btp99 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including during live events, where there is reason to believe that the integrity of the event may be compromised.
In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. btp99 is not responsible for delays in the transmission of live data and accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate or delayed information. Where a technical error results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, btp99 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.
Casino Games
All casino games available on btp99 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. btp99 does not influence game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG results of games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome of the interrupted game round may be declared void, and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance. This determination is made at btp99's sole discretion based on server records and game logs.
Maximum Winnings
btp99 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or weekly withdrawals. Where applicable, these limits are communicated within the specific game or betting market interface. Winnings that exceed applicable limits may be paid in instalments at btp99's discretion.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btp99 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment;
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access account data, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which bets are offered;
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime;
- Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or table game formats;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing btp99 staff members or other players through any communication channel;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage — any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
btp99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
- At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement;
- Where continued operation of the account would expose btp99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their btp99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after settlement of outstanding bets and deduction of any applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who are concerned about their gambling habits may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be fully restricted and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted. Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. btp99 will notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity measures. An administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btp99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the btp99 Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a game malfunction, technical error, or service interruption;
- Loss of data, including bet history, account transaction records, or personal information, resulting from system failure;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
- Decisions made by third-party game providers, including the outcome of certified RNG-based games;
- Interruptions to sports betting markets caused by external events, including match cancellations, weather delays, or governing body decisions.
btp99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btp99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by btp99's negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Section 10
Amendments and Governing Law
btp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account, and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the btp99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets placed or games played before the effective date of an amendment will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time of that activity.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and btp99 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
